We offer our clients extremely liberal licensing: unlimited marketing and editorial usage and permission to make personal prints. This allows our clients to do everything they need to do.
There are very few limitations:
• Resell or relicensing is not permitted
• Use on commercial products is not permitted without additional licensing
We retain the copyright to the images we capture and currently do not have works-for-hire agreements with any entities, public or private. Consequently, we can offer our clients a wider range of services while insuring they are getting the best value for their investment. These services include, but are not limited to, metadata development, enhanced post-production, file captioning, print making, online gallery building and servicing, archive maintenance, digital asset management, and library services. Also, without our copyright ownership, we would not be able to provide any additional services beyond capturing images without specifically contracting for those services.
